Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 10, 2026

Welcome to Hevetta.

Hevetta is owned and operated by Zhoukou Gaoli Trading Co., Ltd. (“Hevetta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service govern your use of hevetta.com and purchases made through our website. Please read them together with the following policies:

Each policy applies to the matters it addresses. Specific product or order terms presented and agreed before purchase also apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

1. General Information

Hevetta offers gardening and outdoor maintenance products, including tools and accessories for lawn care, watering, pruning, trimming, and outdoor cleaning.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a transaction under the laws applicable to you.

Please review product descriptions, compatibility information, safety instructions, prices, and applicable policies before placing an order.

Where a specific order term agreed before purchase differs from a general statement on our website, the specific agreed term applies, subject to mandatory law.

2. Company Information

Our company address also serves as our return address. Returns are sent to China.

Please follow our Return Policy when arranging a return.

3. Website Use and Account Security

You agree to:

  • Use the website for lawful purposes.

  • Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

  • Keep any account credentials confidential.

  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity.

  • Respect the rights of other users and third parties.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms.

Any restriction will be proportionate to the circumstances. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

Restricting website access does not remove your rights concerning existing purchases, refunds, privacy requests, or legal remedies.

4. Product Information and Appropriate Use

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability information.

Please review the relevant product page for dimensions, materials, included accessories, compatibility, assembly requirements, intended uses, and safety warnings.

Photographs may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings. Any material variation or applicable measurement tolerance should be disclosed in the product information.

These qualifications do not permit us to supply a materially different product or remove your rights concerning faulty, unsafe, or misdescribed goods.

Use products according to their instructions and warnings. Where appropriate, use suitable protective equipment and store tools safely away from children.

Your responsibility to use products appropriately does not remove our obligations concerning product safety, accurate descriptions, or statutory guarantees.

5. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellations

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products on the terms presented at checkout.

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. It does not, by itself, confirm availability or acceptance.

Unless we expressly accept your order earlier, acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation for the relevant items, subject to any mandatory legal rule that provides otherwise.

Payment authorization or collection does not remove our obligations concerning dispatch deadlines, delay notices, or refunds.

Unavailable or Unfulfillable Orders

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a reasonable reason, including:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Failed payment authorization.

  • A material pricing or product-information error.

  • Reasonable concerns about fraud or unauthorized payment.

  • A delivery restriction.

  • A legal prohibition affecting fulfillment.

After acceptance, any cancellation or change must be permitted by applicable law or agreed with you.

We will not substitute a materially different product, increase an accepted price, or impose additional delivery charges without your agreement.

If an item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or revised dispatch date for your consideration. You are not required to accept a substitute.

Refunds When Hevetta Cancels

If we cancel an order or part of an order because we cannot fulfill it, we will notify you and refund:

  • The amount actually paid for the canceled items.

  • Associated taxes collected by us.

  • Shipping charges attributable to the canceled items.

If the entire order is canceled, all shipping charges collected for that order will be refunded. No administration, cancellation, or restocking fee will be deducted.

We will issue the refund to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 7 business days after cancellation, or sooner where required by applicable law.

Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. This does not extend any legal deadline applicable to our refund obligations.

If funds were only authorized and not collected, we will promptly request release of the authorization.

Customer Cancellation Requests

Contact service@hevetta.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order or correct its details.

We will try to accommodate the request before fulfillment progresses. Once processing or shipment has begun, stopping dispatch or changing an address may not be possible.

This operational limitation does not affect applicable statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights. See our Return Policy.

6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices and the transaction currency are displayed on the website and at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us are shown before payment.

Prices and promotions may change for future orders. Later changes do not automatically alter an existing accepted order.

If we discover a material pricing error before acceptance, we may decline the affected order or offer a corrected purchase option. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement. Any collected payment for a canceled order will be refunded under Section 5.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You must be authorized to use the selected payment method.

International duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for such charges only where lawfully applicable and properly disclosed before purchase. We remain responsible for amounts that the law requires us to collect or pay.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery coverage, processing and transit times, shipping fees, free-shipping conditions, tracking, and procedures for delivery problems.

Processing time is separate from transportation time. Specific delivery commitments agreed before purchase take priority over general estimates.

If we cannot dispatch within the applicable period, we will notify you and provide the delay, cancellation, and refund options required by law. Where required, we will obtain your agreement to an extension.

We remain your point of contact for delivery problems involving carriers we arrange.

Carrier delays or investigations do not remove our legal responsibilities or permit an indefinite delay in providing a required remedy. Lost, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries will be handled under our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and applicable law.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees

Our Return Policy distinguishes between:

  • Voluntary change-of-mind returns.

  • Incorrect, damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods.

  • Statutory withdrawal and other mandatory remedies.

Conditions attached to our voluntary return offer, including product-condition requirements and commercial return periods, do not restrict statutory rights.

A separate manufacturer warranty is not required to exercise rights provided by law. Any additional commercial warranty supplements those rights.

Please contact us before sending a return to obtain suitable instructions and clarify shipping arrangements. This procedure does not make our approval a condition of exercising a valid statutory withdrawal right.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, including branding, photographs, text, graphics, and design elements, is owned by us or used with appropriate permission and may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may browse the website and retain copies of product information, policies, and order records for personal use.

You must not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without authorization, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful reviews, criticism, complaints, or submission of evidence to advisers, payment providers, authorities, or courts.

10. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use stolen payment details or impersonate another person.

  • Introduce malware or malicious code.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

  • Disrupt the website or interfere with other users.

  • Use our services to facilitate fraud or other unlawful conduct.

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

Any action we take will be proportionate and subject to applicable law.

A legitimate refund request, negative review, payment dispute, or exercise of consumer rights is not prohibited activity merely because it challenges our business or a transaction.

11. Website Availability, Privacy, and Third-Party Services

Website access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may correct or update website content. Corrections do not automatically alter agreed terms for existing orders or remove remedies for inaccurate information on which you reasonably relied.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their involvement does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on us as the seller.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Your Privacy Choices page explains privacy request options.

Browsing the website, placing an order, or accepting these Terms does not replace separately required consent to marketing communications or non-essential tracking. Providing a telephone number at checkout does not, by itself, authorize marketing text messages or calls.

12. Liability and Mandatory Protections

We are responsible for losses for which we are legally liable, including losses arising from a breach of our obligations where applicable law provides a remedy.

We do not exclude or limit liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited.

  • Defective or unsafe products where liability cannot be excluded.

  • Breaches of statutory consumer guarantees.

  • Any other matter for which exclusion or limitation is unlawful.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or were not caused by our breach or other legally actionable conduct.

No limitation applies where it would remove a mandatory consumer remedy.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will not bind you to that extent. The remaining provisions continue only insofar as they can lawfully operate without it.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

Subject to the mandatory protections below, these Terms and contracts with Zhoukou Gaoli Trading Co., Ltd. are governed by the laws of mainland China.

This choice applies only to the extent permitted by applicable conflict-of-laws and consumer protection rules.

Where mandatory rules require the law of your habitual residence or another jurisdiction to apply, those rules take priority. This clause does not deprive you of protections that cannot be excluded by agreement, including applicable protections in your country, state, province, or territory of residence.

Informal Resolution

If a problem arises, you may contact service@hevetta.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the resolution you seek.

We will review the matter and seek a fair resolution. Contacting us first is encouraged but is not a mandatory prerequisite to exercising legal rights.

Informal discussions do not suspend legal deadlines unless applicable law or a valid agreement provides otherwise.

Courts and Other Remedies

Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, the competent courts in Xihua County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province, China have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our transactions.

This does not require you to bring every claim in China. You may bring proceedings in another court that has jurisdiction, including a court in your place of residence where applicable law allows.

If we bring proceedings against a consumer, we will comply with rules requiring proceedings to be brought in the consumer’s place of residence.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights to use available small-claims procedures, complain to a regulator, pursue payment-dispute procedures, or participate in proceedings protected by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

The revised version will display an updated date and, if different, its effective date. We will provide advance or additional notice of material changes where required by law.

Updated terms apply to future orders and subsequent website use from their effective date, subject to applicable acceptance requirements.

An order already placed remains governed by the terms presented and applicable when it was placed.

Updating this page does not retroactively reduce your rights, increase an agreed price, or impose new charges or restrictions on an existing order.

Changes to an existing order or contract require your agreement or a valid legal basis. Where a change is required by law, we will explain its effect as appropriate.

Continued website use does not constitute agreement to retroactive changes to an existing order and does not replace separately required privacy or marketing consent.
